The AFA loves the sea! For this 2025 edition, La Rochelle was chosen to host the 2025 Accor Franchisees Association General Meeting.
Once again, UOVO produced a successful event, managing the organization, suppliers, technical support, and communications, to the delight of the association and its franchisees.

The AFA is hosting a welcome cocktail reception the day before the plenary session.
We chose to take advantage of the Espace Encan, the event venue, to offer a moment of reunion, enjoying the Atlantic climate, barbecues, and lounge chairs.
We are setting up a village of supplier stands linked to the hotel industry.
Between two plenary sessions, franchisees can wander the aisles, enjoying a selection of delicious treats.
We manage the technical aspects of the plenary session.
In collaboration with Espace Encan and our technicians, the presentations and roundtable discussions follow one after the other, and the audience enjoys the on-stage discussions.
A gala dinner is being organized to celebrate the event.
After an outdoor cocktail reception, followed by a gourmet meal, a live band entertains the franchisees until late into the night.
