The Stade Vélodrome opened its doors to us, providing its spaces for the plenary session and its exhibition area, stands, and pitch for franchisees.

To kick off the event in style, we’re hosting a welcome cocktail to greet the franchisees in the best possible… festive atmosphere!
Music, hors d’oeuvres, and a sound and light show will create a warm and inviting first evening.
Alongside the plenary session, we are setting up a “Partners Village”, offering furniture rental, to create potential business relationships between franchisees and suppliers in the hospitality sector.
We are responsible for the plenary session, both technically and organizationally.
By collaborating with the Vélodrome and our technical team, we manage the flow of speakers to ensure a valuable and informative exchange for the franchisees.
For the Gala Dinner, franchisees celebrated this successful General Assembly at the Palais du Pharo.
