An inauguration cocktail is organized for franchisees, the day before the plenary. We chose a gourmet cocktail dinner with live concert.
A way to see each other again in music…
The plenary welcomes Accor franchisees for 2 days, where interventions linked to the hotel industry take place on stage.
We manage the scenography and technical aspects, in conjunction with the staff of the Palais des Congrés in Saint-Malo.
A “Partner Village” has been set up in the Palais des Congrés to bring together hotel professionals.
To find technical answers or decorative inspiration, franchisees wander among the stands and food buffets.
We also organize the gala dinner, in a special location.
Everyone gets together around a gourmet meal, in a festive atmosphere, punctuated by entertainment, until the end of the night.
