The AFA association is a group of Accor hotel owners. It brings together its members for an annual general meeting.
These 3 days are animated by interventions around hotel issues, a welcome cocktail, a village of stands and a gala dinner.

A gourmet evening in a design place.
The welcome cocktail took place at Le Confidentiel, a social food&bar near Avignon.
For communication, we have highlighted
the famous Pont d’Avignon and the Palais des Papes
within the framework of the congress.
Fresh and sparkling colors illustrate
this beautiful city in the south of France.
The event took place
in le Palais des Papes.
This place steeped in history is a labyrinth
for the visitor.
Great care has been taken with the signage so that traffic enters different spaces be natural.
In the Great Audience room,
we have set up a partner village, made up of stands
and buffet dining options.
We also manage the technical part of the show,
such as the management, the scenography, the staff.
Two places were needed:
the Conclave room and the cellar Benedict XII.
The highlight of the event is the gala dinner.
Members and guests enjoyed a gourmet meal in a medieval atmosphere revisited by sound and light.
