On this major project, UOVO had the mission of interior design for the rooms and corridors, the common areas and the restaurant.
Our storytelling, after discussions with the client, is inspired by the urban environment and the Hortillonnages. These 65km of canals are near the hotel, in the heart of the city. These are river mazes that wind through floating gardens, unique in France, called “The little Venice of the North”.

UOVO is also a communication agency.
As such, we were asked to create
hotel signage, always
consistent with the interior design.
We have chosen to stay in the minimalist
and the raw, using the stencil to
pictograms.
