
Bringing together the hotel owners of the Accor franchise, the AFA meets every year for a congress. It presents interventions around the issues for these owners, the organization of the association through a voting system, and a gala dinner with entertainment.
Our first step in our mission is the choice of the host city. We have specifications, in particular for welcoming plenary participants, available hotels, a gala dinner and transport.
This year, it is the city of Nantes
who was chosen.

We manage the event’s graphic guideline and the organization of signage, communication formats and goodies needs.
For this edition, we have imagined a flexible illustration to mark the 50th anniversary of the Accor brand.
We discover the emblematic monuments of Nantes, flown over by the first owners of the 60s.








We set up a stand village for the partners
of the association, enhanced by a catering
buffet after its inauguration.








We prepare the technical and audiovisual part
necessary for communication and congress
in association with the site team:
management, scenography, staff…




On the evening of the first day, we organize a gala dinner
with entertainment in an exceptional place.
This year, we had the chance to lay the plates
in the Machines space on the island of Nantes
